Here are some of the common questions we are asked at Impact Financial Planners.

When can I retire?

We evaluate your situation, including: assets, income, expenses, risk tolerance, how long you want to work, expenses in retirement, social security, pensions, real estate, and others. To determine if you have a reasonable plan. We use MoneyGuidePro to conduct our evaluation.

How are you compensated?

Impact Financial Planners is a fee only financial planning firm.  We do not receive commissions nor do we sell investment products. We are compensated only by out clients. You can see our scheudule of fees here.


What is the minimum amount you manage?

We do not have a minimum amount that we manage.  Our minimum fee is $250 per quarter for ongoing clients. We can also work on an hourly basis. A senior finanancial advisor bills at $250/hour and a junior financial advisor at $150/hour.

What investments strategy do you use?

The strategy we recommend to our clients is based on their unique situation. No two investors are the same so we create a custom strategy for each client. In general, we believe in diversification and re-balancing when appropriate.

Where do meetings take place?

We offer both in person meetings as well as virtual meetings for convenience. That means that if you travel frequently, live outside of the US or prefer to save time, we can still eet as often as needed. 

Impact Financial Planners is bound by a fiduciary duty. We do not receive commissions or sell products so we can be unbiased and put your needs first.
